Yummy Sweet Chili Coconut Chips
I bet you’ve never had a chip quite like this one. Simple, easy and quick to make.
Sweet Chili Coconut Chip Recipe
Equipment Needed: Dehydrator
Yield: 2 cups
2 cups dried shaved coconut flakes (the large ones, not shredded coconut)
1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce (see recipe)
Using a large mixing bowl, place coconut chips and sweet chili sauce and gently toss until all flakes are coated well.
2. Place loosely mixture on a teflex sheet. Use 2-3 sheets so you can spread them apart so coconut flakes aren’t all clumped together as one. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 12 hours or until crisp.
